2IB's Trip to the Norwegian Central Bank!

On Friday May 6th, the 2IB class went on a field trip to the Norwegian Central Bank. There, we participated in many different activities and learned about how the economic system employed by the world has changed over the centuries. Furthermore, they gave us better insight into the work that they do and the responsibilities that the bank has. The entire programme is a nation-wide competition for all high school students that take economics, and while we didn’t rank very high up on the leaderboard, it was an exciting and interesting day, nonetheless.

We are excited to be able to redeem ourselves when we go back next year, as we will have attained even more knowledge and will better be able to answer any questions or challenges thrown at us.
