MEP Conference at Elverum
During the weekend 25-27 of May student from Nesbru and Jessheim met at Elverum Upper Secondary School for the Model European Parliament (MEP) National Conference Norway. Among the nearly 70 students who attended, Nesbru student Helene Stewart attended as MEP president together with Ella Riise MacLeod from Elverum.
The Model European Parliament (MEP) is an international simulation of the working of the European Parliament for students aged 16–19. The aim of the programme is to give young people an insight into the workings of the European Parliament and raise their awareness of European citizenship.
